This is a reimagined soundtrack for the 1902 film Le Voyage dans la Lune by Georges Méliès. More than 120 years on, this new interpretation is built entirely from concrete sounds recorded in the field and studio, interlacing contemporary perspectives on colonialism, history, technology and science with the world-renowned silent film.
